Which package should I choose?
Core is a sensible starting point if you want a regular company-page presence and can provide information from your business each month. Consider Plus when company news and comment replies need more attention. Elite suits a busier publishing schedule with quarterly strategic reviews. You do not need the highest tier to get started.
The details that matter
What counts as a reactive post?
An update that comes up after the monthly posts have been planned, such as company news or an event announcement. Plus and Elite reserve an allowance for these posts. Topics, timing and use of that allowance are agreed in the monthly plan; work beyond it is quoted separately.
What does comment management cover?
We agree which comments we can answer on your company posts and which need your team’s input. Technical questions, complaints and sales enquiries are referred to your nominated contact. It does not mean managing private messages, personal accounts or round-the-clock moderation.
How are feedback and revisions handled?
You review the planned content as a batch and provide combined feedback through one contact. Your proposal explains how many rounds of changes are included and when approval is needed. A new brief or extra work is agreed separately.
What affects the Plus or Elite quote?
How technical the subjects are, how much information we need to gather and which comments we will answer. You know the monthly fee and exactly what it covers before you commit.
What commitment am I making?
LinkedIn support is offered on monthly rolling terms. The service agreement sets the notice period, payment terms, approval responsibilities and handover arrangements. Personal profiles, paid advertising and website projects are outside these packages.
