Pippins Group Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17491483. Its registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pippins Group Ltd, trading as Authentic Digital.

Information collected
Our forms collect your name, work email, company URL or business name, and anything you choose to tell us about your page or project. Netlify may collect technical data needed to host the site and process submissions.
How we use it
We use form information to prepare the review you requested, reply to your enquiry, assess a possible service relationship and manage services if you become a client. We do not use a review request as consent for an unrelated marketing list.
Legal basis and retention
Responding to an enquiry relies on legitimate interests or steps toward a contract. Client information is processed to perform our agreement. Enquiry data is generally retained for up to 12 months unless a client relationship begins; records needed for accounting may be retained longer.
Service providers
Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Google Workspace is used for email and may be used for documents. Relevant financial records may be processed by an invoicing provider. We do not sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to processing or raise another data protection request by emailing hello@authenticdigital.uk. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
Netlify Web Analytics is used to understand page views, broad traffic sources and general site usage. It works from Netlify’s server logs without adding client-side tracking code, setting analytics cookies or collecting personally identifying information for these reports. No advertising trackers or non-essential cookies are currently used. This policy will be updated before any additional analytics or tracking technology is introduced.
